Zero-knowledge means your files are encrypted on your device before upload. We hold ciphertext that is useless without your passphrase. We cannot read vault contents. We still hold account email and operational metadata.
Because we use true zero-knowledge encryption, we cannot recover your passphrase. During setup, you receive a recovery key that you should store securely offline. This is the trade-off for genuine privacy: nobody — not even us — can bypass your encryption.
Not yet. The Shield / Longship / Fleet matrix is parked until billing exists. Today you can request an Alpha invite for the web vault. Desktop betas for Verndr and Eirvr are the next delivery.
No. There is no credit-card trial and no public self-serve signup. Access is invitation-only.
